By Antonio El Khoury
Sous Chef Zesty Zaatar marinates chicken thighs into a tangy, herby skewer, finished on a hot grill and served over lemony bulgur.
Dressing · Marinade · Dip
Bright lemon and garlic over Lebanese zaatar.
In packs from $15.00
Lebanese zaatar, the way we grew up with it. Lemon and garlic carry it, thyme and sesame do the rest, and it wakes up anything green you pour it over.
Try it on: Pour over tomatoes and cucumber or grilled halloumi, spoon over roast potatoes, or marinate chicken and white fish.
